It’s ok to cry
It’s ok to feel pain
It’s ok to not allow toxic people back in your life - even if they are “family”

For the first time in life I am having a hard time to forgive and forget and move on! I have always been a person who use to say - it’s done, we can’t change it - let’s move on and work on a better tomorrow.

But I realized, I give people too many chances which gives them the power and authority to come back and cause the same pain again and again. So this time I said “No More” and created very strong boundaries cutting out toxic people from life.

But the pain often hits me in pieces. At least I know I am allowing myself to face it, and learning to understand feelings rather than brushing them off. Healing takes time - and it’s ok to give yourself the time and space you need! I hope if you feel the way I do - we can all come out stronger than ever from the past traumas.

Here is to healing 🥂(even though I am not drinking alcohol)

I loved makeup and skin - I still do but it took years for me to realize that true beauty comes from the inside. Beauty is a combination of mind, body and spirit and not just want we see on the surface.

I am not perfect, but I strive to be the best version of me every day. I love what I do! And I am delighted to to share my learnings and lessons with all of you!

When I saw my first grey hair, I wasn’t quite happy. I still in my early 20’s….

With time I learned Self-acceptance is an important aspect of mental and emotional well-being. It helps to reduce self-criticism, self-doubt, and negative self-talk. When we accept ourselves, we are more likely to feel confident, resilient, and able to cope with life's challenges.

A few things that helped me accept myself-

*Self-compassion: Treat yourself with kindness, understanding, and patience, just as you would treat a close friend who is struggling.
*Focus on your strengths: Acknowledge your positive qualities and accomplishments, and celebrate them.
*Embrace your weaknesses: Recognize that everyone has weaknesses and areas for growth, and view them as opportunities to learn and improve.
*Practice mindfulness: Stay present in the moment and avoid dwelling on the past or worrying about the future.
* Challenge negative self-talk: When you notice negative thoughts or beliefs about yourself, question their validity and replace them with more positive and realistic ones.

Remember, self-acceptance is a journey, and it may take time and practice to fully embrace and love yourself for who you are. But with patience and persistence, you can cultivate a deeper sense of self-acceptance and inner peace.
