Yesterday I said goodbye to my sweet Brady and my heart is shattered. First time in 5 years that sweet face wasn’t looking at me when I opened my eyes in the morning 💔💔. The house is too quiet. I’ve had many pets, but this guy stole my heart. Rip buddy 🕊️ till we meet again 🕊️💔🕊️

Today, my daughter's long-held dream came true. After wishing for a puppy for so long, she finally got to hold our new furry friend.
As we drove home, she gently cradled him in a soft blue blanket. Feeling safe and loved, he quickly fell asleep in her arms. Her eyes sparkled with joy and contentment, knowing her life had changed forever with her new best friend.💕💕

My girl will be 2 in November. For the most part, she follows commands, but is stubborn with her recall. Once she gets fixated on something (usually other people or dogs), she pays no attention to me or my husband.
Any tips or suggestions?

Today I found this kid tied up with a bag next to him that had his things. I didn't think if I have space, if I have a job, what my husband will say or come on baby let someone else do it. I just took him, I told him it's okay that he is scared, that I understand and that everything will be fine. I am sharing the photo so everyone can see the look of terror, sadness and shock in his eyes. The animal is in shock just like a human child would be.
Today we will become a family. I hope our hug heals this traumatic experience.

'Im still shaking as I write this. Last night, our beloved dog, Lucy’s, woke us up in the middle of the night with the most terrifying bark I've ever heard. It wasn't her usual playful yip, it was a deep, urgent howl that sent shivers down my spine.
We stumbled out of bed, confused and disoriented, only to be met by a thick cloud of smoke billowing in through the window. Panic surged through me as I realized there was a fire! Thankfully, Lucy’s didn't stop barking, snapping us into action.
We dialled emergency services immediately and raced outside to see flames engulfing the workshop across the street. Our hearts pounded as we imagined the fire spreading to our house next. Thankfully, the fire department arrived quickly and heroically managed to extinguish the flames before they could reach us.
But it was all thanks to our furry little hero that we even knew about the fire in the first place! Come to find out, her frantic barking also woke up several other neighbours who called in help too. The fire department said it made a huge difference in their response time.
We're so incredibly grateful to Lucy's for saving our lives (and probably our neighbors' lives too!). We can't imagine what would have happened if she hadn't woken us up.
This whole experience has left us shaken, but also feeling incredibly lucky. And of course, unbelievably proud of our canine fire alarm!
I guess some dogs are just destined for greatness! 🐶🔥

This photo was taken by a vendor sitting on a sidewalk, and commented: "This dog was sitting watching the customers who took food from me and gave me a currency note in exchange. After a while, he immediately got up and brought a piece of leaf, and looked at me with innocent and hopeful eyes. As if he wanted to eat something in return, I fulfilled his wish. 💔 This story is a perfect example of simplicity and innocence, where even an animal tries to understand human behavior.

A blind, deaf, and neglected 15-year-old Pug was found in a box at a Walmart parking lot. The former owner, Rita Swartz, 52, is facing three months in jail for animal abandonment. The Medina County SPCA rescued the Pug, named Agnes, who had severe health issues, including a double ear infection and rotting teeth. Swartz claims she sought help from shelters, but the SPCA says it was never contacted.
Agnes is receiving treatment but still needs surgery. She's now in a foster home where she has a safe space to navigate, and her new family has adopted her. The SPCA is relieved she’s in a loving environment, requiring daily medication and care.
