2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions:

Best Ever Beef Stew
This beef stew is the ultimate cold weather comfort food. After a few hours in the oven, the meat becomes meltingly tender and enveloped in a rich wine sauce.

Ingredients:

2 pounds beef stew meat

ยฝ cup all purpose flour

1 tablespoon seasoning salt

2 tablespoons olive oil

ยฝ teaspoon black pepper

1 large onion, diced

2 bay leaves

ยผ cup Worcestershire sauce

2 cups water

2 heaping teaspoons beef demi-glace (or beef Swanson Flavor Boost)

4 medium to large red skinned potatoes, washed & diced

3 large carrots, peeled & sliced

1 stalk celery, diced

Directions:

Shake the beef stew meat in a resealable plastic bag with the flour & seasoning salt until evenly coated. Heat the olive oil in a skillet; add the floured stew meat to the pan & brown on all sides. Remove using a slotted spoon or tongs & place into the bottom of a slow cooker. Season with pepper.

Saute the diced onion in the same hot skillet for 2 minutes. Donโ€™t worry about cleaning it out in between โ€“ thatโ€™s added flavor! Transfer the onions into the slow cooker as well. Pour the Worcestershire sauce, water, & beef demi glace (or Swanson Flavor Boost) into the skillet and whisk until mixed, making sure you scrape up any browned bits in the bottom of the pan. Turn off the heat & set aside.

Add the diced potatoes, carrots, celery, & bay leaves to the slowcooker. Now, pour the broth/Worcestershire mixture in the crockpot as well. Cover; cook on low for 8 hours.

Remove the bay leaves before serving.

Lasagna Soup

Lasagna Soup made with ground beef, sausage, spinach and three types of cheese! The perfect easy dinner for those cold winter nights!

How to Make Lasagna Soup:

1. Brown the meat. In a large pot over medium-high heat, cook ground beef and sausage until browned. Season with salt and pepper as you cook. Drain grease and remove meat from the pot.

2. Cook onion and garlic. In a large pot heat olive oil over medium heat. Toss in diced onion and sautรฉ for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add in minced garlic and cook for another minute or two.

3. Add sauce and spices. Stir in tomato paste, marinara sauce, spices, and broth. Return meat to the pot.

Browned meat in a dutch oven with tomato sauce and chicken broth added.

4. Add lasagna noodles. Bring the pot to a boil then add lasagna noodles (broken into 4ths) to pot and reduce heat to medium-low and cook, stirring occasionally, until noodles are tender. Add spinach, if using.

5. Combine cheeses. In a small bowl, stir together mozzarella, Parmesan and ricotta cheeses.

Cooked lasagna noodles in a pot of soup and a small bowl of ricotta and mozzarella cheese on the side.

6. Serve warm. Ladle the hot soup into bowls, and dollop a scoop of the cheese mixture on top. Garnish with fresh basil.

8 lasagna noodles
2 cups cooked, shredded chicken

How to make Shrimp Scampi Pasta

Ingredients:
1.5 lb shrimp U16-20

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1 lb Linguine pasta

2 tbsp butter

2 tbsp olive oil

1/4 tsp black pepper

5 cloves garlic chopped

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

1/2 cup white wine

1/4 cup lemon juice

1/2 cup freshly chopped parsley

lemon zest for garnish

freshly grated parmesan cheese for garnish

Instructions:
Melt butter and olive oil in a pan over medium high heat. Season shrimp with salt, pepper, and garlic powder saute shrimp for 2 minutes per side and remove.

Cook pasta in salted water 1-2 minutes sooner than package directions for very al dente
In the same pan as the shrimp, sautรฉ garlic and chili flakes for 30 seconds, turn heat to high and add white wine and lemon juice, season with black pepper. Add 1/2 cup of pasta water and let reduce by about a third, then add the very al dente pasta directly to the pan.

Add a drizzle of olive oil and mix the pasta until the sauce has thicken and emulsified, and the pasta is done to your liking, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the shrimp and parsley to the pasta along with a k**b of butter. Mix until coated and add more pasta water as needed.

Top with freshly parsley, lemon zest & grated parmesan. Serve with warm bread and enjoy.

Dear ladies and gentlemen Beddri 1 kilo of potatoes, mint, salt, 2 eggs, Sardinian cheese, grated bread and a handful of pepper. Lessi peels the potatoes, steps along with it, everything passes... Let it cool in the fridge for half an hour, then add the salt, eggs, fresh mint, cheese and a handful of grated bread, pepper, knead everything and make the shape of a panzerotto covering them with grated bread one at a time, let the panzerotti rest in the fridge for an hour And then they're ready for roasting with

_Ingredients:_

- 1 lb ground beef ๐Ÿฎ
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs ๐Ÿž
- 1 egg ๐Ÿฅš
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese ๐Ÿง€
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley ๐ŸŒฟ
- 2 cloves garlic, minced ๐Ÿ’ก
- 1/2 cup chopped onion ๐Ÿ 
- Salt and pepper โ—๏ธ
- Olive oil for cooking ๐Ÿ’ง
- Marinara sauce for serving (optional) ๐Ÿ…

_Instructions:_

1. Preheat oven to 400ยฐF โ™จ๏ธ
2. Combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, onion ๐Ÿฎ

Would You try This Beef Stew๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹

๐Ÿ“Ingredients
2 pounds beef stew meat, cut into 1-inch pieces
ยผ cup all-purpose flour
ยฝ teaspoon salt
ยฝ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 ยฝ cups beef broth
4 medium carrots, sliced
3 medium potatoes, diced
1 medium onion, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon ground paprika
1 clove garlic, minced
1 large bay leaf

Directions
Place meat in slow cooker.
Mix flour, salt, and pepper together in a small bowl. Pour over meat, and stir until meat is coated.
Add beef broth, carrots, potatoes, onion, celery, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, garlic, and bay leave; stir to combine.
Cover, and cook until beef is tender enough to cut with a spoon, on Low for 8 to 12 hours, or on High for 4 to 6 hours

Spaghetti Bolognese

Ingredients

Olive oil โ€“ 2 Tbsp

Onion, chopped finely โ€“ 1

Garlic, crushed โ€“ 3 cloves

Minced beef โ€“ 500 g

Chopped fresh herbs eg oregano, rosemary, thyme โ€“ 1/4 cup

Chopped tomatoes โ€“ 400 g

Water โ€“ 1/4 cup

Tomato paste โ€“ 1/4 cup

Red wine (or beef stock) โ€“ 1/2 cup

Lemon zest โ€“ 1 Tbsp

Chopped parsley โ€“ 1/2 cup

Grated Parmesan โ€“ 1/2 cup

Spaghetti โ€“ 400 g

Instructions:
Step 1:

In a large frying pan, heat the oil.

Add the onion and garlic cooking, for 4 minutes to soften.

Step 2:

Add the mince, breaking up with a spoon and cooking until lightly brown and the juices have all evaporated.

Step 3:

Add the herbs, tomatoes, water, tomato paste, wine and lemon zest.

Combine well and allow to a simmer for 15 minutes.

Step 4:

While the bolognese sauce thickens, cook the spaghetti as per the packet instructions.

Drain.

Step 5:

Fold the parsley through the bolognese sauce and season to taste.

Serve hot with a sprinkle of Parmesan.

Spaghetti ai Frutti di Mare

How to make Spaghetti ai Frutti di Mare

Ingredients
ยพ lb spaghetti

ยผ cup extra virgin olive oil

4 cloves garlic, grated

1 tsp red pepper flakes, plus more to taste

1 lb clams and mussels, (mixed), cleaned well

ยฝ cup white wine

1 lb wild shrimp, peeled

ยฝ lb squid tentacles

sea salt, to taste

arrabiata tomato sauce*, made in advance, (see Recipe Notes for recipe)

To Serve:

โ…“ cup fresh basil leaves, (or chopped Italian parsley)

1 lemon, sliced into wedges

Instructions
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

Cook the spaghetti according to the package directions until al dente. Drain and reserve 1 cup of the salty pasta water.

Meanwhile, heat up the largest skillet on medium-low heat. Add olive oil, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Stir quickly and make sure not to burn the garlic.

Add in the clams and mussels and toss them around.

Pour in the white wine and cover with a lid. Cook for about 1 minute or so until the clams start to open.

Add the shrimp to the skillet with clams and give it a stir. Cover and cook for 1 minute or so.

Once all the clams and mussels have opened and the shrimp is almost cooked, add the squid tentacles. Cook for another 30 seconds or so until they curl up.

Season to taste with sea salt, if needed.

Meanwhile, warm up the sauce in a saucepan.

Pour the sauce over the seafood and toss to coat well.

Add the cooked spaghetti pasta to the skillet with the seafood and toss to coat in the sauce. Add a little bit of the reserved pasta water if needed to stretch out the sauce.

Transfer seafood spaghetti to a serving platter, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with the basil and parsley.

Serve with lemon wedges on the side, and enjoy!
