Absolutely speechless.

Imagine someone touching your body without your consent after you just finished a 36 hour shift of helping people getting healthy.

Imagine someone ripping your clothes off of your body when your body is tired, your brain is drained.

Imagine the gut wrenching fear that set in her heart when her strength was overpowered.

Can you imagine someone forcing himself on you? Getting pleasure out of it? Getting pleasure from your pain, helplessness?

Her legs were found in an 90° angle.

The pelvis is bones are made of the strongest joints in the body. A force between 2,000 and 10,000 newtons is required to disrupt an adult pelvic ring.

Imagine the pain of physically feeling your pelvis being pulled apart until the joints are detached.

113 bites throughout her body.

Can you imagine feeling a set of teeth piercing through your skin not once or twice or 10 times or 25 times of 50 times but 113 times?

Imagine the struggle in which her glasses broke into pieces and punctured her eyes.

Imagine someone strangling your throat with all their strength until your eyes bleed. Can you imagine the air getting knocked out of your lungs? Or your eyes getting blurred? Or hearing ringing? Can you imagine the pain? Or your heart thumping against your chest? No?

Dr Moumita Debnath felt every single of these terrors. She did just had one perpetrator, she had several.

She struggled for her life while watching her female colleague holding her legs down.

There’s no value of human life in this world anymore. The dedication, the hard work, the pain it took her to become such an established doctor - all vaporized into thin air.

I have completely utterly and absolutely lost my faith in humanity and I’d prefer death over the mere possiblity of something heinous like this happening to me.

has put the name of to indicate that the exam procedure of prometric test conducted in the same country exam centre is not valid because of some reasons published in 31 jan 2024.

By saying so, it has withhold results of almost 800 students who already cleared exam in different levels. Its time to knock the door with the perspective of students, hardworking professionals, loyalists, dreamer and a doctor.

Years of hardwork can not be pushed in corner like this. There are many life which are going to be hampered with this statement. Please conduct investigation on exam centre but allow students to pursue.

ECG ASLANGER PATTERN

In 2020, a new ECG pattern was described that is associated with non-ST elevation acute myocardial infarction (AMI) and poor outcome. The pattern was called the Aslanger pattern, after the author's surname.
The following criteria are determined on the ECG:
- any ST elevation in III, but not in other inferior leads;
- ST depression in any of the leads from V4 to V6 (but not in V2) with a positive or positive terminal segment of the T wave;
- ST in lead V1 is higher than ST in V2.

Clinical significance of the Aslanger pattern:
1) As a rule, this is a manifestation of multivascular damage.
2) The Aslanger pattern is associated with AMI without ST elevation.
3) Against the background of this pattern, a larger infarct focus may occur compared to “normal” AMI without ST elevation.
