The s**t that is happening is mind blowing - it's making me suicidal and uncomfortable with the perception of reality!" has fans worried after he posted a disturbing account of his experience at the 2024.

This morning the artist-actor reposted photos we shared last night to his own Instagram Story with a lengthy description of what happened to him at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles.

"Then it all went bad!" Ray J began. "First at and then later on too! I'm really at a breakin [sic] point!"

"These chain of reactions stemming from being locked in a false reality/confused about this whole life!" he continued. "THe s**T that happened tonight to me at the awards today was hurtful."

Ray J had been at the venue since the pre-show festivities kicked off earlier that afternoon. During the live broadcast, the reality TV star said he was working backstage and took a break out back when people from BET's team allegedly didn't let him back inside "for some reason."

"I don't know who they didn't want me to see - it was weird - anyway I left and went back to silence my frustrations... The s**t that is happening is mind blowing - it's making me suicidal and uncomfortable with the perception of reality! THEY PAID ME TO SHUT UP AND I DID! I FEEL BAD AND I HATE MYSELF FOR IT!"
