It has been reported that the recently trademarked name "Caesar Sikoa" was initially planned to be Jacob Fatu's ring name:

"Caesar Sikoa was the first idea for Fatu’s name, but they made the call to keep his Jacob Fatu name, which is surprising since it’s his real name.
..They do own the Caesar Sikoa name and it could be used by somebody else going forward, but it was trademarked last week for him."

Seth Rollins has revealed that he was given "a few weeks' notice" ahead of his recent WWE return.

"I had a few weeks’ notice. We kind of looked at the timeline of the injury and looked at the stories and where I fell back into place. You never really know, you never know how things are gonna go. But the top of the card here on RAW is pretty stacked, you got guys like Damian Priest. You got Drew McIntyre, CM Punk, whatever. You’ve got Gunther waiting in the rings as well, Rey Mysterio, Judgment Day.

"So it’s stacked, so it was very interesting to see where I could slide in, but yeah, the time felt right. It was ripe for the picking, man. Damian Priest needed a challenger, so I hopped right in."
