Trilled to finally get my own sumac and olive oil..

Their aims are to:
Tell the story of Palestinian rootedness to the land through stewardship and care for olive trees and shed light on the historical and current agricultural challenges that farmers producing olives/olive oil in Palestine experience;

2. Support agricultural resistance efforts through investing in the Palestinian economy by purchasing products only made in Palestine;

3. Offer more people the joy of experiencing Palestinian tradition, culture, and food as mechanism of food diplomacy
