We had a company Christmas party, we booked this absolute joke of a caterer about a month in advance. I should have done further investigation so for that I’ll take the blame. However she answered quickly and scheduled a meeting to come and go over everything in person. She seemed very professional at first, had pictures of her work and menu options. Everything seemed very professional.

We agreed upon a time, a menu of fried chicken, & chicken tenders, hamburger steaks, mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, green beans, rolls and cornbread.

She said she would come set everything up, keep it warm, serve it and clean it up. (None of which happened)

I have pictures below of the “food” she served us. It may look like it was eaten but I can assure you, everyone filled their plates in hopes it tasted better than it looked. And that was absolutely NOT the case! I also have a picture of the message I sent her with her very “professional” response. Please save yourself the stress and do not contact this absolute joke of a “chef” she is also apparently the head chef at the Bistro at the Marriott in Phenix city so I recommend steering clear of there as well. Not my pictures sharing for someone who booked this company

Taco Bell Nacho Fries Recipe 🍟🧀

Ingredients:

For the Fries:
• 1 pound frozen French fries (straight-cut recommended)
• 2 tablespoons paprika
• 1 teaspoon chili powder
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon onion powder
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
• 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for extra heat)

For the Nacho Cheese Sauce:
• 1 cup Cheez Whiz cheese dip
• 1/2 cup whole milk
• 5 teaspoons brine from bottled sliced jalapeño peppers
• 1/8 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Seasoning Blend:
◦ In a small bowl, combine paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using). Mix well and set aside.
2. Cook the Fries:
◦ Follow the instructions on the package to cook the frozen French fries. For the best results, deep-fry them at 375°F (190°C) for 3 to 5 minutes until golden and crispy. Alternatively, you can bake them according to the package directions.
3. Season the Fries:
◦ Once the fries are cooked, place them in a large bowl. Sprinkle the prepared seasoning blend over the fries and toss to ensure even coating.
4. Prepare the Nacho Cheese Sauce:
◦ In a small saucepan over low heat, combine Cheez Whiz, whole milk, jalapeño brine, and ground cayenne pepper.
◦ Whisk continuously until the mixture is smooth and heated through.
5. Serve:
◦ Arrange the seasoned fries on a serving platter.
◦ Serve immediately with the warm nacho cheese sauce on the side for dipping.
