Yesterday we were in Queens, New York looking at two bedroom apartments and it was mind blowing how far $400k could go in this co-op building. There’s a full time doorman, elevator, and laundry room and location wise it was right by the Queens Zoo and Queens Museum. The maintenance wasn’t bad either all of them under $2k/mth which for a co-op includes taxes. You can get public transit but the commute to Manhattan is shorter with a car. Would you live here?
Maybe the best Manhattan views are in… Long Island City, Queens!?!? These are all photos I snapped today in rental buildings where LL is paying the broker fee. One thing is for sure- I want to lay in that hammock.
