🧀 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐞𝐬𝐞 𝐑𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐡 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐥-𝐮𝐩𝐬 🧀

Ingredients:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup ranch seasoning mix
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6-8 large flour tortillas
- Sliced deli meat (ham, turkey, or roast beef)
- Lettuce leaves

Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and ranch seasoning mix until well blended.
2. Stir in the chopped green onions, diced red bell pepper, and shredded cheddar cheese.
3. Lay out a flour tortilla and spread a generous amount of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the tortilla.
4. Place a layer of your preferred deli meat over the cream cheese mixture.
5. Top with a lettuce leaf and roll up the tortilla tightly.
6. Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas.
7. Chill the rolled-up tortillas in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.
8. Slice the chilled roll-ups into 1-inch pieces and serve.

It’s hard to explain what it feels like to have your dreams come true right before your eyes. This show has been a dream of mine since I was a kid and it was one night I’ll never forget. Hearing a sold out crowd sing my own songs back to me is such an incredible feeling.To say I appreciate everyone who showed up and made this possible is an understatement. I truly love y’all and couldn’t be doing this without you! But I need to give my wife a special shout out. I couldn’t do any of this without the love, support and work she puts in every single day that most people never see.
