मुलुकले २००७ सालको क्रान्ति यता अनेकन पटक राजनीतिक आन्दोलनको आरोह अवरोह खेप्यो । तर, असलमा नागरिकलाई आर्थिक रुपमा सम्पन्न गराउने काम त्यस यताको सात दशकमा चित्तबुझ्दो ढंगले हुन सकेन । मुलुकको राजनीतिक जीवनमा २००७ सालयता २०१५ सालको निर्वाचन, जननिर्वाचित सरकारको परिवर्तनकारी एजेण्डा सहितको सरकार, लगतै २०१७ सालको राजनीतिक “कू” हुदै २०३७ सालको विद्यार्थी आन्दोलनले मुलुलाई जनमत संग्रहमा पुर्‍यायो यो जनमत संग्रहपछि पनि राजनीतिक स्वतन्त्रता पाउनका लागि अर्को एक दशक पर्खनु को विकल्प रहेन
२०४६ सालको जनआन्दोलनले बहुदलीय व्यवस्था पुनःस्थापना गरेपनि लगतै २०५२ सालमा माओवादीले थालेको सशस्त्र द्धन्द्धमा हजारौं नागरिक शहादत भए । बहुदलीय व्यवस्थामा भित्रिएका बेथिति र माओवादीले चलाएको सशस्त्र द्धन्द्धको बिउबाट २०६०- २०६१ नपुग्दै राजाको प्रत्यक्ष शासन थोपरियो । त्यसैको परिणाम, नेपाली राजनीतिमा भएको ध्रुवीकरणले २०६२-०६३ सालको आन्दोलनको ज्वारभाटा सृजना गर्ने बाटोमा संसदीय मूलधारका पार्टी र सशस्त्र द्धन्द्धको बाटोमा रहेको माओवादीको मिलन गरायो । परिणाम,मुलुकबाट
राजतन्त्रको अन्त्य गणतन्त्रको स्थापना, संविधानसभाको निर्वाचन, नयाँ संविधानको घोषणा हुँदै संघीयताका कार्यान्वयनका लागि दुई पटकको आवधिक निर्वाचन सम्पन्न भए ।

राजनीतिक रुपको यो कायापलटले पनि पिँधमा रहेको वर्गको “काया” परिवर्तन गर्न सकेन । मुलुक आर्थिक रुपमा झन्झन्जर्जर बन्दै गयो । उत्पादनका मार्गहरु बढ्न सकेन । भएका उद्योगधन्दा रुग्ण बन्दै गए ।
निराशाको भट्टीमा जलेका युवा पाखुरी खाडीका मुलुकहरु, मलेशिया र कोरियामा जोखिमपूर्ण श्रम बेच्न बाध्य बनाइए । पौरखी पुस्ताहरु बाध्यकारी श्रममा हेलिँदा, बिचार बोक्नसक्नेयुवाहरु उच्च शिक्षाका नाममा युरोप, अमेरिका, अस्टेलियातिर “ब्रेन ड्रेन” का रुपमा भासिन विवश भए ।
यसरी मुलुक बृद्धाश्रमको बाटोमा हेलिँदा राज्य संयन्त्र बिचौलिया, दलाल, तस्कर, माफिया, भ्रष्टहरुको कब्जामा पर्दै गयो । सिंहदरबार, बालुवाटार सहितका शक्ति अखडाहरु तिनै वर्गको योजनामा भरिन थाल्यो संसारकै गरीब जनताले तिरेकोसंसारकै मंहगो करबाट दलतन्त्रका आसेपासे र बिचौलिया वर्ग पोषिँदा विकास निर्माण बजेट सकाउने मेलोमा अडकियो । विदेशका जोखिमपूर्ण श्रममा युवाले रगत पसिनासँग साटेको रेमिट्यान्स यहाँका केही भ्रष्टहरुको रजगज र जगजगी मच्चाउने बिर्ता बन्न पुगिरहेको छ ।
त्यसैले, अनेकन व्यवस्था परिवर्तनले पनि बदल्न नसकेको देश र नागरिकको अवस्था उल्ट्याउन अब बल भएका पाखुरी र विचार भएका दिमागी युवा एक ठाउँमा जोडिनुको विकल्पै छैन । देशभित्रका र विदेशमा
छरिएका तमाम युवालाई राष्ट्र निर्माणको महान्यज्ञमा हातेमालो गर्नका लागि हार्दिक आग्रह गर्दछु ।
