Have you ever gotten ready and been like "yeah, I'm hot" many times have I looked / look in the mirror and feel bad. Then some days I feel unstoppable. I want more people and I wish I could make people feel that feeling everyday. Do me a favor, and look in the mirror and keep telling yourself nice things you notice about yourself and it doesn't have to be physical either. My eyebrows look great today" " wow I'm a really good friend" "I really helped this person the other day" " I love the way my dimples look when I smile" practice that. Training your brain to be nice is a lot of work but the payout can be great. 😁
