The backend of my business has never felt more aligned, more grounded, more me — while the front-facing metrics (low views, slowish growth, laughable likes) tried desperately to convince me otherwise.

And I will not lie to you: that disconnect tested me.

I meditated, weight-lifted, picked up ballet and tennis (not easy at 37, with two kids), changed my diet, confronted myself — and for the first time since 2021, I stopped refreshing Instagram.
