This happens all too often, and they usually get away with it. Frequently, they're given "awards" for the "great work" that they do. They call removing children illegally, "great work".

Let's hope this is the beginning of the country waking up and investigating these people.

We've finally been able to rectify the issues from the server crash on our website. The good news is, we will once again be posting more, however the bad news is we most likely will not be able to receive old posts, comments, etc. We will try, but it doesn't look good. Remember, stay safe and be very careful out there. You never know what can happen with Family Court involved in your life. We hear all to often if he corruption, abuse and horrible treatment from those in power. Most of all, the children are the ones left out, and harmed the most.

The first of many stories relating to Berks County corruption, control and deprivation of Civil Rights will be published within two weeks. This includes Berks County and their departments / leadership (directors, commissioners, employees) and their lack of commitment to doing what is right, as well as follow the law.

Individuals included in this first story is: Judge Mary Ullman, Judge Benjamin Nevius, Christian Leinbach (Berks County Commissioner), Carmen Bloom (Berks County Solicitor), BCCYS employee's Katrina Lynette Bruehl and William Condron.
