Good Morning! Let's get cooking.... at 9am on LOUISIANA COASTAL COOKING on WYES-TV....viewers will travel to the Louisiana Seafood Cook-Off in Monroe for a look at the chefs and restaurants putting their own spin on Louisiana seafood dishes in this spirited competition.

In the kitchen, Chef Ryan Gaudet of Spahr's Seafood prepares Smoked Catfish Dip; Chef Devan Giddix of Bourbon House makes Redfish on the Half Shell; and Chef Mike Nelson of GW Fins Restaurant cooks up Red Snapper Tempura Fry with Crispy Noodles.
