Ok here's the whole scoop on the zombie makeup for the NOLA Zombie Pub Crawl. Makeup will be available by a crackerjack team of makeup artists who travel all over the US and making the living into zombies. They only have 3 artists available from 1pm-5:30 pm at our starting point at Tracey's Pub. The average price is about $30. No latex. All pro grade, hypoallergenic and cinema quality. Due to volume, it will be first come, first served. The earlier you arrive before the 4:30 crunch time when everyone arrives, the better you will look. They also have an awesome Daryl Dixon impersonator who will walk with us! So come early. Chill with The Daryl Dude. Look awesome. Makeup ends promptly at 5:30. Thank you! Zombie Charm School will be in attendance to apply cinema-quality, latex-free, Walking Dead-style makeup at Tracey's Pub from 2:30-5:45 for the NOLA Zombie Pub Crawl on May 21. $10 bites-$40 for full gore.

A couple of zombies have asked me if we are having a costume contest again. I am open to having it again but need to know that there will be lots of participation. Dear Zombies:

What: The NOLA Zombie Walk to follow the Siren float in the Krewe of Muses

When: Thursday, February 4, 2016

Where: Line up at the corner of Tchoupitoulas Street and Jefferson Avenue.

Time: The earlier you get to the startup point the better. Formation starts
at 5:00 pm and the parade starts at 6:30

Dues/fees: There is a $30.00 fee for participation in our Muses march. This
is due by February 1, 2016. This is a yearly membership fee that is only
required when we participate in Muses, not at our Pub Crawls. All other
zombie events are free and open to anyone. The fee will help cover the cost
of the porter potty, DJ, truck, food and BOOZE. Dues can be paid to the
paypal account https://paypal.me/thenolazombiewalk.

Attire: Zombie pirates, mermaids, sailors, gypsies, sirens, etc.

Please respond to the message if you are going to participate in Muses with
us, so that we can get a head count. And if you are going with us, let us
know if you will need transport.

You can get tickets on Wizard World's website. Captain America, Dr. Who and Norman Reedus, to name a few, will be there. Believe me people...you don't want to miss it!!

Zombies! The NOLA Zombie Walk is NOT planning an event for Halloween.

HOWEVER, we will be marching in MUSES in February 2016 (which is right around the corner). You will need to be a member of NOLA Zombie Walk in order to march with us in Muses. Later this week I will post information on perks and due's. Please message us if you would like to be a part of the march in February.

The Muses march is the only event we have that you must be a member in order to participate. Any and all other events are open to everyone!
