Crispy Honey Hot Chicken
WOWZA! The flavor in this dish was was unreal. I will be making this a lot more often now! Would you try this?
Recipe;
-2 to 4 pieces of chicken breast cut into thin slices
-One cup of all purpose, flour
-3 eggs
-2 cups of Panko breadcrumbs
-Garlic powder
-Chili powder
-salt and pepper
-Cooking spray
-1/4 cup of honey
-2 tablespoons of hot sauce (I used Frank's red hot sauce)
-1 tablespoon of melted butter
-Parsley
-Sriracha mayo sauce
Start by setting up your flour, eggs and bread crumbs into three separate bowls. Add all of your seasonings into the breadcrumb bowl and mix around. You're going to dip the chicken into the flower first and then the eggs and lastly the breadcrumbs.
In an air fryer bake the chicken at 375°F for 20 minutes and flipping them in between. Add mozzarella cheese and your hot honey sauce then bake in the air fryer for another two minutes & enjoy

Chicken & Rice Bowl a hit This was Topped it off with sesame seeds & sriracha mayo! I was going to use salmon, but it spoiled 2 days after I purchased it Second time this has happened in 2 weeks. Also, shout out to everyone telling me to use my rice dispenser cup to "rinse my rice" It barely rinsed & I wasted more rice using the dispenser cup than I do using the rice maker bowl

Braised Beef Short Ribs This meal is & yes I forgot the garlic, oh well. Bon Apple teeth
Recipe;
-2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
-3 pounds English style short ribs
approximately 8 ribs
-salt & pepper
-3 carrots peeled and chopped
-1 yellow onion diced
-3 stalks celery chopped
-4 cloves garlic minced
-1 tablespoons tomato paste
-4 cups beef broth low sodium
-1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
-rosemary
-fresh basil leaves
-parsley
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Pat the short ribs dry and sprinkle with salt and pepper on all sides.
Heat oil over medium high heat in a large oven safe skillet or braising pan.
Adding a couple at a time so the pan isn't crowded, sear the beef ribs, turning to sear all sides of the meat for 1-2 minutes. Remove and set aside, continuing until all ribs have been seared and removed.
To the pan add the carrots, onion, and celery. Sauté until tender. Stir in tomato paste coating the vegetables. Pour in beef broth, stirring until combined.
Add in Worcestershire and mustard stirring to combine.
Taste sauce and adjust seasonings,
adding salt as needed,
approximately 1 tsp.
Place short ribs into the skillet with the sauce. Add in the fresh herbs Cover and braise in the oven for 2.5-3 hours until meat is tender.
Remove the skillet to stovetop.
VANILLA
Remove the short ribs to a plate or cutting board, cover with foil. Then continue to cook the sauce at a simmer over medium heat uncovered for 15-20 mins to reduce and thicken,
Serve the ribs over mashed potatoes and spoon sauce over the top.
