There is no good or bad, really. There is only truth and opposition.

Truth is neither good nor bad; it simply is and cuts like a two-edged sword. We all know the saying that the truth hurts but can also be the most freeing experience. Opposition isn’t always negative either; it's an energy that can lead to discovering and expressing one's truth.

Both truth and opposition are subjective and act as separate entities. Embracing both can lead to personal growth and a deeper understanding of ourselves and others.

Using gratitude as a tool can avail much in this process. Gratitude, if used correctly, can help recognize opposition in its various forms and transmute its energy. Gratitude can also assist in setting up boundaries to avoid certain oppositions from outside forces.

Navigating the role of the BLACK SHEEP within the family is undoubtedly challenging, but there is a purpose for this role.

Being the black sheep allows you to see the world in ways no one else can and break barriers that benefit the bloodline. It shifts you onto a path of creativity and living life on your own terms.

If you are the black sheep celebrate it because you are needed in ways that no one else can be needed. You can do things no one else in the family have guts enough to do.

Keep breaking them

Being an inconsistently present parent (frequently in and out) causes more emotional harm to a child than if the parent were completely absent from the child's life.

The inconsistency is most likely rooted either in bitterness, classic narcissism, unhealed wounds or pure immaturity.

It is solely the Inconsistent parent's obligation and responsibility to find their own healing, accountability and path towards a healthy parent child relationship.

It is most important for the primary parent/caregiver to protect the child( children) from the displayed inconsistencies by any means necessary.

And the primary parent / caregiver must continue to reassure the child(children) that it isn't anything they have done wrong to receive this type of treatment, teach them emotional awareness, that they are more than enough and surround them with people that will support growth.

You can't do shadow work if you're afraid of the versions of yourself you prefer not to bring to light.

You know, the parts of us we prefer to hide from othersβ€”the shadow side. The part of us we just can't stand. When we see a similar version of our shadow side in someone else, we tend to show negative emotions or simply dislike the person, ignoring the fact that we are only seeing reflections of the version of ourselves that we have not yet dealt with.

So, what is the best thing to do?

Embrace them. Stop hiding them from others and, more importantly, stop hiding them from yourself. Learn why those shadow selves are there to find healing and grow in balance within. If you can't do that or are not willing to yet, then you are not ready for shadow work.

Or.......you are operating in a subconscious cycle projecting emotions from trauma that triggers you to learn new things to satisfy and fill the void. But then you find out the new skill is now boring and you still have the anger the fear and the anxiety. So you start the cycle all over again instead of healing the root cause of the cycle . Which can sometimes look like ADHD but it's really just lack of healing and breaking subconscious cycles.

That my friend is called projected emotions.

What are projected emotions you ask?

Projected emotions are feelings that may not originate within you but influence your state of being..

For Example:

Feeling sudden anger in response to your boo being stressed may indicate a projected emotion.
Or your friend's excitement about a new job triggers this weird anxiety in you.

Yep, that's projected emotions sneaking in like, "Hey, I'm not yours, but here I am messing with your energy."
