Dear Tribe,
Voodoo Village Festival 2021 is happening on September 4th. As we are a one day festival with 10.000 people, we comply with the conditions put up by the government for events.
To enter the village, all Belgian visitors must show their ID (official ID, drivers license or passport) and a valid QR code in the CovidSafeBE application. ONLY this application will be scanned, other QR codes will not be accepted to avoid fraud.
You can follow one of these four rules to get the necessary certificate in the CovidSafeBE application:
1. You have a vaccination certificate (fully vaccinated + the required incubation period)
2. You can submit proof of a negative PCR test taken within 48 hours before the event.
3. You can submit proof of a negative rapid antigen test taken within 24 hours before the event, ONLY taken by a legally approved professional (pharmacist, doctor).
4. Or you can submit proof of recovery.
It’s important you keep in mind that after getting the result of your test it can take a moment to get the official result in the CovidSafeBE application. (In between 30 minutes and 4 hours)
If you choose to submit proof of a negative test, please make sure to test beforehand as there will be no testing facility at the festival.

Once you've gained access to the village, there will be no covid-19 measures in place. This means that distance rules and wearing a mouth mask are no longer necessary.
