I invite you to check out the album in earnest, Travis Magee, Rick G Nelson, and myself worked very intensely on this specific album, and it is a gift for all of you. You don't have to like a gift to accept it, put on the shelf or in a box, or it could be a gift that lasts forever.
It's barely been promoted and it's already won an award and is recognized as a culturally significant musical contribution and licensed by the Louisiana Public Library for 5 years from the date the award was received. That's right, this album is available in libraries all across the state.
During the process, I doubted myself a lot, especially the timing; making a record through Covid, 4 hurricanes, and an Ice storm...
I think even if we called the album something else, we earned the title because there was just pain and suffering and loss everywhere in the state.
The Single "Don't Give Up" was the anthem and message of hope in that time for those involved. Now it's yours. Special thanks to Taylor Moon Manuel for playing on Desole, The Hard Way, and Stubborn.
Rick G Nelson has been a huge influence on me in helping me realize what I do is not garbage, and where to go from here. I feel like we also helped Matthew Moore realize this too.

Charles Lyons Robby Lewis Daniel Fontenot have on been on the block for this and I want to thank them for being my bandmates for years and putting music first and foremost.
