🌟 As the holiday season kicks into high gear, our schedules fill up and the pressure to say “yes” to every gathering and obligation can feel overwhelming. 🎉 However, it’s crucial to remember that taking care of yourself during this hectic time is just as important as celebrating with others.

Using our judgment to make decisions requires extra self-awareness right now. While it’s tempting to spread ourselves thin, tuning into what we truly want and need can help us maintain balance and enjoy the season fully. Learning to say “no” when necessary is a powerful form of self-care that allows us to overflow our cups with joy rather than stress.

Let’s commit to being mindful of our decisions this holiday season. Prioritize yourself and embrace the gift of self-care!

In celebration of my new website and brand launch on Dec. 2nd, I would like to offer 4 group sessions for those needing to discuss their fears and disappointment of our Presidential and Vice Presidential results of 2024, for 2025.

The goal of these four sessions is to talk with other likeminded individuals and come up with some ways to cope and move forward, while finding some calm.

This week's somatic movement technique is body tapping.

Body tapping involves tapping specific body points with fingertips to release emotional stress, restore energy balance, and enhance overall well-being. It can address issues like stress, nerves, pain, cravings, and any difficult emotions. This technique includes an intention or affirmation, for self-encouragement.

Aspire, LLC., an empowerment coaching practice founded by Amy Jacques, is thrilled to announce the forthcoming launch of its new branding and website. Since opening on May 13, 2022, Aspire has evolved beyond traditional coaching into course creation, public speaking, and pending authorship, reinforcing a commitment to empowering individuals to realize their fullest potential through different approaches.

After a rewarding 19-year career in school counseling, Amy pursued further education, earning a professional coaching certification from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) and credentials from the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She also attends Course Creation School and is coached by author Amy Vogel of , enhancing outreach to those seeking empowerment in their personal narratives. Course and book to be out sometime in 2025.📚💻🌎

The new website features a serene and simplistic design, providing easier access to coaching services, workshops, speaking engagement scheduling and motivating written content. This refreshed site aims to align with Aspire, LLC.'s mission of fostering personal and professional growth.
