Very excited to announce that we are in the process of building out a second large rehearsal space complete with lighting. We are filling a need for bands, dance company's, and theater groups who need larger rehearsal stages with full lighting and sound capabilities. Stage dimensions will 16 tp 20 feet deep by 32 to 40 feet wide. We will keep you posted.

Question: As A Model Manager, What Is Your Definition Of A Plus Size Model?

Answer: Hi Sara, thanks for your question. there are so many mis-conceptions about what a plus size model is. Remember, that these are my own opinions.

Woman have 3 main bone structures. Petite (small framed), Medium (Average framed) and large (big b***d). Now, I know many girls with small frames who are very over weight, and I know many girls who have large frames who are complettely thin and in great shape.

When we sign a plus size model, what we look for is good body proportion in relation to their frame. Can a size 12 be a plus size model, yes absolutely, but she better have a rock sold body and be tall. For girls around 5'5 to 5'8 if they are a size 6 to 8 they should be a rock solid size 6 to 8.

Lastly keep in mind that anything over a size 4 in the modeling world is considered a plus size. Crazy, yes I know. I hope this helped you.

Question: Hello.....my son is two years old and I'd like to get him into baby modeling. How much should I spend for a set of photographs to get him started?

Answer: Robert, to be completely honest, at that age in my opinion he DOES NOT need a set of professional photo's. Any normal 8 x 10 photos would be enough for an agent or casting director make a decition about using him. What I mean by that is any walmart, sears or any kinds of normal photography that you probably already have would be enough to at least start to see if your son can work. Children at that age are changing so fast that its not practical to spend the money on a formal shoot. At that age, snap shots, or sears/walmart ohoto's should be enough. I hope this helps.

Answer: Alissa, GREAT Question! In my opinion you should definately wait. Heres why. As managers we need access to our cliients that being in the military simply does not allow. Heres a story. About a year ago we had just signed a new model with TONS of freakin potential. We were just about to cut a check and have her ohotography done and she cut her hair and up and joined the miilitary. And while I cant wait for her service to be over, and I am sure that I would absolutely sign her again; its not realistic to do both at the same time.

We have nothing but respect for the men and woman who choose to serve our country. However in the story above, we had already spent a lot of time and were getting ready to spend money on a model who could not be in a position to work and generate income for our firm. My advice, serve your time, and then try and pursue your career!

So, I have to say I have been in business for 12 years and I've met a lot of diffferent kinds of people in my the course of running this business. Tonight takes the cake tho. So I showed the studio this evening to a guy from branford who wanted to book a session to rehearse one of his group. Fair enough, the studio is there for that purpose.

Unfourtunaly we have some EQ that is being serviced at the moment, and our "be**er kit" needs some work which will be taken care of on monday thanks to Matt Alling. However, I have never in my life met a more pretentious as***le arrogant obnoxius f**k then I met this evening.

Places for bands and theater groups, to rehearse are scarce in southern CT. Also places to hold a script read and casting are scare too. I love being able to provide that service. But I personaly, and Premier Talent Group, LLC as a whole will not provide serves to ASSHOLE'S. Not In This Life Time Or Any OTHER ONE!
