Thanks for letting me join. I have a situation I need help with- just finishing up a 2 year Reno in my basement where I've added a master suite. In the bathroom I broke slab and added a curbless shower and free standing tub. Upon hooking The up vanity fixtures, I noticed after about 5 min, I started getting water backup into my rough in plumbing for tub and then backs up into my shower.

I’ve been putting this job off for a while. This is my own home. The pvc in the ground goes to a boat dock. I’m looking for suggestions on how to redo this mess. Is there a surface mounted fixture I can put this in properly?I also want to add a ball valve for the dock feed. I plan on digging up the pvc and bringing it straight up. I’m not a plumber but have worked with tools my whole life so I can handle simple plumbing jobs
