Today is a big day and let me explain why… 🫣
For the past two months we have been back home so I could learn to ride a motorbike, and now I’ve got my license it’s time for us to hit the road again with our self built campervan and two off road bikes in tow.
We’ve got a lot to get done but we’re so excited to be back out on the road again travelling around the UK! 🇬🇧
Let us know if you’re excited to see our travels and if you’d like to see more check out our YouTube channel for more vlogs!

READ THE CAPTION ‼️
*Some of you commenting obviously don’t have the ability to read properly or understand sarcasm, before commenting anything negative please understand this was supposed to show a positive exchange between 2 people in the gym. To highlight that the gym should be a positive place for us all to be respectful of one another. But y’all in the comments kicking up a fuss are just looking really dumb.
*
This is your friendly reminder to be respectful of other people. You don’t own the gym. Its not your own personal recording studio.
When filming in the gym…
- Double check the gym allows filming first
- If someone’s in the back of your video, ask them if they mind or position it so you can’t see their face
- Don’t set up your tripod in front of equipment that others may need to get to
Do you record in the gym? If so, how do you stay mindful of others? 🩷

Motorbiking Vietnam is not for the faint of heart. This trip has tested me in so many ways, but I’m so grateful to have been pushed beyond my comfort zone. I’ve dreamed of this trip for years after all.
While I started solo, I quickly made friends with a Dutch then Canadian, and after a few times passing each other in different towns, we talked about our routes. It was decided, we’d stick together for a more remote section of Vietnam. Moto gang acquired. I never imagined up to 8 hour days of riding but with this crew, but we did it. Parting ways was bittersweet as I loved sharing the road with these boys, but I know we will reconnect somewhere else on the road.
Vietnam is different than I imagined. Once I got out of Saigon, the hot tropics cooled down and its rained most days I’ve been on the road. While I dreaded the idea of it raining on me while on my bike, I was surprised to actually enjoy this moody weather. I came prepared though, with more gear than most other people on bikes. Protection, and rain gear has made this trip comfortable. Vietnam has been way more mountainous and beautiful than I could have even imagined so far. I’m ending my days exhausted with a mind still excitedly buzzing. Almost 2000 miles I’ve already traveled.
One of my favorite parts is how the locals holler and wave as we pass by. It feels like I’m running a marathon, and the whole country is cheering us on to the finish line.
Truly living ✨

This day left me sunburned, sandy, and sore but with the biggest smile on my face when I layed down exhausted at the end of the night.
How do we insure our van for full time van life?👀🚐
This is a question we get asked a lot and one that we struggled to find the answer to at the start, I mean how do you explain that we have hot water, a toilet, and a bed in the back of a panel van? 🤔
Luckily Sterling Insurance, gets it. 🫶🏼 Literally, they offer campervan insurance to suit any van or motorhome, whatever make or model, however weird and wonderful and if like us, you’ve done the work yourself.
To find the perfect policy for you, make sure check out Sterling Insurance #SterlingInsurance using the link in our bio! #ad

I’m super nervous about today… 😳😥
Today is the day we’ll be taking our van from Bulgaria into Turkey. Now I’ve heard some horror stories about the border crossing so I’m taking you along with us for the day… 🚐🇹🇷
For those interested, here are some details about the crossing itself:
- The border crossing we took was the Border Crossing Kapikule (Kapitan Andreevo Sınır Kapısı).
If you are thinking about coming to Turkey from Bulgaria then I would highly recommend using this crossing. You also don’t need to get Euro’s out like I did, as there were ATM’s to get money out for the Insurance by the D3 building.
- The insurance also cost us 67 euros for 90 days
- The process from start to finish took us around 1 hour, on a Monday, in January.
Save this post if you’re interested in coming to Turkey in your campervan! 🇹🇷🚐

Here’s a what a typical van life day looks like when we’re not filming for our youtube channel👀🎥🤪
We’re currently exploring the South of Turkey and wanted to get out today whilst the sun was shining and go for a big hike, although unbeknown to us, we were mostly in the shade and it’s still pretty cold at this time of year. 🇹🇷
But, with it being off season it means there’s no crowds and what would be a really popular hike turned out to be only us on the trail, which was a blessing and a curse as you know how much we like to get lost… 👀🥾
Any hike is a good hike when a swim in the ocean is included, whatever the temperature is 🥶 but I’m always following @chapterby.chapter Philly & Keely’s mantra of never regretting a swim and it felt soooo good afterwards. 🏊♀️
thanks for coming along with us today, follow for more vlogs!❤️
