Hot Honey Chicken Stuffed With Mozzarella and Chorizo
Hell of a tongue twister that. This was given me Spanish chicken and chorizo vibes but a fatty uk version 🤣 not actually that fatty tho protein packed and mega simple.
Ingredients (serves 4)
4 x chicken breast
4 slices of chorizo per breast
4 slices of mozzarella per breast
1 tsp paprika/ mixed herbs/ salt and pepper
4 tbsp olive oil
4 tbsp honey
1 tbsp hot sauces
Method
Butterfly chicken breast and stuff with mozzarella and chorizo.
Combine oil and spices and paint over the breasts
Bake for 20 mins at 180
Then combine honey and hot sauce and paint over breast.
Bang back in the oven at 180 for 10 mins.

HUNTERS CHICKEN
The good old hearty pub classic from home. I have nothing more to say on the matter
Ingredients( per 1 hunters chicken)
Breast
3-4 streaky bacons
1/4 tsp pap
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pap
1/4 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp pepper
Drizzle of olive oil
2 tbsp bbq sauce
2 tbsp of finely grated mature cheddar
Bake for 25 mins at 190 remove add cheese and bbq and bake for a further 10.

ROSE TAGLIATELLE TOPPED WITH CHICKEN KINDA PARM
I would say this is similar taste to vodka pasta sauce but there is a slightly different twang and the other name for this dish is pink sauce pasta which I thought was very on trend with this barbie malarkey. Barbie this barbie that can’t get away from it.

Panè stations( flour egg breadcrumbs)
1 onion
3 cloves of garlic
1 tsp chili flakes
Cartoon of passata
200nl single cream
Hanful of spinach
Handful of Parmesan
1 tsp salt and sugar

CREAMY GARLIC CHICKEN
Surprisingly this was actually on the healthier side of things. I used single cream and lighter than light creme friache. Packed with protein and perfect for meal prep. I served with rice but obviously the final shot looked like it was filmed in a very dark cave.
Ingredients
4 chicken breasts
Seasoned with 1 tsp of salt/ pepper/paprika/oregano/ garlic powder
4 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves of garlic
300ml single cream
200ml chicken stock
2 tbsp of light creme friache
Same spices as above
25g Parmesan

MARRY ME TORTELLINI
You’ve heard of marry me chicken but we’ve added a slight twist and gone with chorizo and tortellini.
A comforting hearty dish perfect for the coming winter months.
I went for a cheese and tomato tortellini but I think most flavoured tortellinis would work. Give it go and let me know if your favourite flavour of tortellini worked.
Ingredients
U bend of Chorizo, diced
4 cloves of garlic
Sun dried tomatoes
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp of Salt and pepper
200ml chicken stock
200ml single cream
1 tsp Italian herbs
Your choice of tortellini
Hand full of Parmesan
