Recipe:🥯-180g Water -2 tsp Active Dry Yeast-300g AP Flour-1 tsp Salt-1 tbsp Brown Sugar-2 tsp Orange Gel Food Coloring-Egg for egg wash-Butchers twine and a little bit of oil 🍂 Stem: -Green Fondant Combine Water, Yeast and Brown Sugar and let it sit for 10 minutes, mix flour and salt into it and knead with hands or a kitchen mixer for about 5 minutes. Let it rest for 40 minutes until it’s doubled in size. Cut the dough in 5 equal pieces mine are each 100g. Roll them into a ball and use the butchers twine (I’ll mix them first with some oil so they don’t stuck in the dough after baking) to make the pumpkin shape. Turn the oven on 350F. Bring water to boil, mix in a tsp of sugar and cook the bagels each side for one minute. Use eggwash for the little pumpkins and bake the bagels for 23 minutes!
