A strategic approach to hiring and is crucial for building a high-performing sales team that will drive your home service business to new heights.

Here's How:

# 1. Craft an Irresistible Employer Brand 🎉

Your employer brand is the key to attracting top sales talent. It should showcase your company culture, values, and the unique opportunities you offer.

Create a compelling careers page on your website, share employee success stories on social media, and leverage your network to spread the word about what makes your company a great place to work. When top sales pros see that your company is a place where they can thrive, they'll be eager to join your team.

# 2. Ask the Right Interview Questions 🔥

Generic interview questions won't reveal a candidate's true sales talent or potential. You need to ask the 20 High Performers Questions that uncover the talents and skills of high-performing sales pros.

Ask candidates about their past sales successes, how they handle rejection, and what motivates them to succeed. Use role-play scenarios to assess their ability to think on their feet and handle objections.
