This is given to a person who has made significant contributions to the community through non-profit work, including volunteer efforts and monetary gifts while demonstrating a commitment to personal values, influence in the community, and leadership with non-profits. A story of success and faith from the 16th Annual Norman Melhiser Samaritan Awards Gala. Allen Pierce struggled with life and with the help of Personal Counseling Services and The Word he has found new life as he unmasked his mental health. Congratulate this brave child of God as he steps into the light to tell his story of healing.
The Les & Virginia Albro For-Profit Samaritan Award is given to a business that makes significant contributions to the community through its business dealings and contributions of time and money to non-profit organizations. Businesses should be ethical organizations that have effectively partnered with other businesses, non-profits and/or government entities.
Businesses should be able to demonstrate going far above and beyond what is required by law or industry standards. The business nominated should be headquartered in the PCS service area or have significant operations in the area.
This years winner was Family Time Inc.
Family Time, Inc. is a social service agency that provides home, office, and community based family support and preservation services. Our team of experienced social service professionals have over 100 years of combined experience helping struggling families and individuals to better their lives! They are an organization dedicated to fostering a safe and supportive environment for children and families. Who prioritize the well-being of children.

We had the honor of working with Officer Bartley with the Clarksville Police Department He was nominated and won a Samaritan award from Personal Counseling Services, Inc. Their gala will be August 15 at Hubers Orchard and Winery so make sure that you have tickets.
Live streamed a remembrance of a friends mother. Some jobs are important in ways that don’t always appear on the surface. But to the 15 viewers who watched the celebration it meant everything. Huge thanks to the outstanding folks at Adams Funeral Home & Crematory in Henryville, Indiana for their help. Big kudos to the amazing Jacob Head for providing the great music. It is always a pleasure to work with you.

Such a wonderful and fun event to kick off Founders week. Everyone of these kids were winner and we don’t envy the judges having to pick one. A special shout out to the “through the decades” models. Everyone did a great job.

A great evening with our friends at LifeSpring Health Systems, the talented Boot Scoots and Sparkles and spurs. The house was full of love and gratitude, A great time honoring some fantastic people that make a big difference in our community.
