Thank you for your unconditional love.

No matter what I’ve been going through - you’ve seen me though my highest highs, and lowest lows.

Such an honor and gift to carry the sounds of healing instruments. ✨🎶

This special 🦉 is one of my favorites. It’s made of - a hardwood from Africa. 🗺

It’s deep rich tone is incredibly soothing and grounding. 🌲

It’s story is very beautiful. It came to me as as a gift from a dear friend (Josh Monx) who was guided by a vision instructing him that I was to be Owl’s keeper.

Owl was made by a master flute maker (also an aeronautical engineer) by the name of SwampFox. He uses the high end tools he utilized for airplane mechanics to build and create his flutes. Thus, this flute is incredibly deep its abilities and quality. Each flute that SwampFox makes comes through receiving an animal totem on the land. Each totem comes with a name and beautiful story / medicine lesson. 🌲

I look forward to sharing more about Owl’s medicine, name, and story in future posts. ✨🙏🏼

It’s my 1 year anniversary of living in the beautiful Sierra foothills! ✨🦅 has been a refuge for me for many years, but it wasn’t until I finally let go of the Bay Area that it revealed its full magic and power.

Today I feel as if I’ve finally shed all the layers of 7 years in the East Bay. Thank you for all the teachings and upgrades. Working in the corporate tech world had many blessings and brought much abundance into my life. I am grateful for all I learned and all I developed there. But the city vibes over time were taking a toll on many levels. I am so glad I listened to the voice that steadily got louder... calling me to live in deeper connection to our Earth, the fresh waters, the elements, the animals, the plants, the trees. Steeping in the beauty.

Every day in the foothills I feel blessed to live here full time. I still love the Bay and my amazing community of high level relational and self aware beings there. It’s always a treat to visit, drop in, dance, play music, & connect. It feels so nourishing to come through, and then get the f out. 😂

I turned 31 in March of this year. I give thanks for all the big moves I’ve been making in my life to live in greater authenticity and resonance with my self, my values, and my dreams.

Thank you Life! More please.

At one with the sound. ⠀

Surrendering to the instrument's voice, and opening to it's magic taking the lead.⠀
⠀
Allowing my mind and sense of self to melt into what simply wants to come through, not thinking, just being. Not doing, but channeling. Breathing, tuning-in.⠀
⠀
The other night I had the privilege of sitting in ceremony with friends on the land I'm living on.⠀
⠀
I experienced my instruments to not be something external, but tools to express facets of my heart and soul through sound. When I fully let go, and became one with the sounds, there was no sense of effort. I became my instruments, I became the sound, and allowed the instruments to take me on a journey fully trusting their guidance.⠀
⠀
Have you ever experienced a sense of oneness with your instruments? ⠀
⠀
My dance and movement practices have taught me so much about letting go, allowing the sounds, my breath, and the music to flow through me. Allowing myself to be danced, to be breathed. Allowing spirit to move through me, sing through me, love through me.⠀
⠀
On these rainy days, I give thanks for the opportunity to reflect in these ways... creating spaciousness and free time to harvest the gems in my experience so that I may fully acknowledge, integrate, and carry them forward with me in all that I am. ⠀

I'm settling in and slowing down to embrace the season, the , the letting go and release.

In honoring and attuning to these natural cycles and rhythms of our planet I've been focusing on my physical health.

For me, it's clear that there is truly no greater wealth and blessing in this life than living in a healthy body!

In our fast-paced progress based society I've experienced how easy it can be to over-schedule, feel like I'm never doing enough, making enough content, music, money, connections... whatever. It feels at times like a chaotic spiral that in the end is much more stressful and depleting than life-giving and enriching.

Since moving out of the and relocating to , I've been tuning-in to my health and prioritizing what brings more life.

Some of the most impactful things I've been focusing on daily are:

* Spending time in Nature

* Staying hydrated with good clean water

* Eating at regular times

* Going to bed when I'm tired... even if it's only 8pm, and even if there is an epic party or gathering happening.... Choosing to release the FOMO and embrace my inner wellbeing :)
