Our Story

Vets With A Purpose was originally started in 2012 under the name of “A Helping Hand Services & Productions”, to bring services of many kinds to the communities I was in. Now 6 years later after being enlisted in the Military and starting a Military Non-Profit Organization known as Twon9nesnaps(T9S) @ HTTP://www.Twon9nesnaps.org, I am taking what I already started and forming it into a For-Profit Subsidiary of T9S to help fund the Non-Profit as well as bring our veteran community even closer and give and show our veterans more of a purpose.

My plan is to hire only verified Veterans and Reservists, no matter their branch, years of service, MOS, age, gender or even where they live. To give these brothers and sisters a job opportunity unlike any other. No matter their disabilities, skills and experiences or lack thereof, they have a purpose and a Spot on our team. If you are disabled and can’t even lift 10lbs, well you can still operate a vehicle, writing utensil, or phone right? Not disabled? Good! But oh dang you have a DUI or no License and cannot operate a vehicle? Well hey you can still use a power tool, operate Lawn equipment, or pick things up and put them down right? So there you go you crazy belligerent, there is still a spot for you. If you aren’t good at Laborious work, well there will still be opportunities depending on your job skills and interests.

Now you may be wondering, “What about pay?” Well this right here is what will set us apart completely from any other company out there. The plan is to start everyone at a minimum of $10/hr with at least 40 hours per week (certain positions may vary). Now that seems pretty standard but wait here’s the catch. Now say we have bad weather one day or one week so you don’t get any work done. Typically that means a smaller paycheck or none at all, well not here. You will still get paid for a half days work or a half weeks work whatever the case may be. THIS ONLY APPLIES TO WEATHER!!! So if you skipped a day or had a poor excuse for not showing, that’s on you.
