Quezon City -Philippines "Kung Hei Fat Choi" Happy Chinese Lunar New Year
To wellcome the chinese Lunar New Year, the Quezon City Government organized by the Quezon City Tourism office will host a grand celebration on Jan.29 in BANAWE -the city's vibrant Chinatown. An exciting and colorful array of activities will take place starting in the morning with a Dance Fit session, followed by the ceremonial ribbon cutting and speech from Mayor Joy Belmonte and other ViP guest from the QC chinese Association.Marking the official launch of the redesigned City enhancing the area's visibity as a key, cultural, tourism comnercial hub. The grand opening will feature the traditional Dragon and Lion Dance .The grand festivities include a street dancing competitiion, Mini concert from singers Jed Madela, Kyle Echarri and Aiza Seguerra. There will also be 50 food stalls selling authentic chinese delicacy like tikoy A Wishing Tree is also being displayed for people to place the Feng Shui Ornaments and pray for luck.Feng Shui Master Hanz Cua is also in the venue to give predictions of whats in store for the year of the wooden snake.Lucky colors etc. The events highlight is the spectacular Fireworks Display to cast away evil spirits. Sofronio Vasquez, Blockbuster hit Concert

The first-ever solo concert of The Voice USA Sofronio Vasquez was a big successful event at the beginning of January when thousands of supporters flocked to the famous venue in the Waterfront Cebu hotel that fits for a world-class talent of the Pinoy pride talent that captured the hearts of millions of Americans and around world sings his best of his song that only Sofronio can deliver with his heart and soul. Sofronio Vasquez is The first Asian to be the champion of the 26th season of The Voice that's why it's special for him to perform closest to his heart in Cebu City, the queen city of the Philippines where famous singers like Pilita Corrales, and Sheryn Regis, Vina Morales and etc was produced by its province. The audience was thrilled and amazed by the performance of the new voice champions especially when Sofronio sang his version medley of Tina Turner and for the first time he performed in Filipino and Bisaya songs which delighted the whole Visayan community. He also attended the Sinulog 2025 where he was paraded all around the city and honored by the local government for his achievements in music. Manila Philippines -Greeting the National Authority for Child Care (NACC) Happy 50th Golden Anniversary yesterday Jan 20, 2025. It is celebrated with a dramatic speech from Senator Grace Poe as she cried when she narrated her childhood memories of being an adopted child. Since NACC is the central authority on administrative adoption and Alternative child care.which waa established on 2022 headed by Undersecretary Ms. Janella Ejercito Estrada and had 16 regional offices. But the branch offices has minor problem for it is rented .That is why Madam Janella Estrada invited his father Senator Jinggoy Estrada to sponsor and help find funds to get permanent branch offices. The Senator just said on his speech that he will find solutions on her daughter problems of NACC . One of the programs of NACC is the foster care program which has popular ambassadors for they are actors/actress/host/models such as Ms.Julia Clarete-former host of Eat Bulaga, Mr.Thou Reyes-actor Lavender Fields and Ms.Arlene Muhlach -actress of My ilonggo girl. There role is to promote mission of the agency of placing every child in need of adoption and alternative care with a suitable, secure , nurturing foster home.
