Alllll the coaches say:
Don’t just throw stuff out there until it sticks! You gotta have a better approach!

Then… they tell you all the different ways to get ish done
But guess what
That ish they get to talking about be soooo confusing!
then they say
“Since I’m the expert and it’s so complicated and troublesome to figure it out on your own, I’ll coach and develop you to get your goals accomplished”☺️

then have nerve to charge you $50-Leven thousand dollars to do so…🤧

Now, I’m not saying don’t charge what you’re worth. Bc I have and I will again

What I am saying is, I’m over the gurus out here who say ish like
“Don’t just throw stuff out there until it sticks! You gotta have a better approach”

But then can’t for real teach, coach, develop, lead, nor guide anything 🙄
The ones who come with the shenanigan mambo jumbo talk and can’t even explain how to boil water in a simple way

Who else is tired of the vague talk?
The round and round rigamarole?

Whewwwww bc I know I am!

If you’re still reading to this point you must need a solution to something

and I’m a woman with many solutions

I’m not sure what your precise challenges are at the moment
But I’m confident the current solution is offering will put yourself in position to get the results you’re looking for

in whatever area of life you are having the challenges

How am I so confident?
Simple…

All things thrive from a foundation
whether it be a positive or negative perspective

All things are bred from some sort of a foundation

Holistic Nutrition happens to be a significant portion of your foundation

And we all know…
any foundation that lacks adequate support
or has compromises in its structural integrity

will eventually weaken
and crumble

and all things above it will, obviously, crumble as well
It’s Inevitable.

Are you compromising your structural integrity because you are neglecting the cracks in your Holisitic Nutrition foundation?

What if ALL of your challenges are simply a result of your blatant neglect of your Holistic Nutrition???

That isn’t full of the shenanigan rigamarole you have gotten accustomed to

That is full of real, super simple, easy to implement approaches

That are super easy to understand
That empower encourage and educate
Putting you in position to finally take full control of your situation and create real solutions!

Yep. It’s as simple as working on your Holistic Nutrition 💃🏽

I’m not saying your challenges will magically go away! No! I’m saying improving your Holistic Nutrition will help you improve other areas of your life
Thereby improving your life overall, eventually with consistent implementation

And my class Back to the Basics will help you do just that!
