Once a mini Outback Steakhouse (formerly owned by a principal of the famous steakhouse), and built on his South Tampa property, the studio began as a boutique writing and recording facility that quickly grew into much more, a full-service, SSL world-class studio that feels like “home.”

In addition to Lala Mansion in South Tampa FL...we have also built Lala Mansion West in Hollywood Hills CA. The

former home of several well-known names, (including Rick James), Lala West is perched atop the Hollywood Hills in legendary Laurel Canyon. With an earthy vibe and inspiring views, our goal is to help you find your best creative space in the most casual tracking room in LA. Go from concept to production utilizing state of the art microphones, mic pre's, and vintage instruments.
