nel is well positioned to address the issue of bully police officers, and the blue code of silence. We have experienced the long standing "blue code of silence", and we denounce it here! We also encourage fellow officers to do the same and to expose the bad cops in thier respective departments. Nothing "secret" is healthy. Law Enforcement MUST be transparent, and self correcting. We just help them recognize that here.
