It’s a keeper! You can also cool, slice lengthwise, and then slice into “bread slices”, line up on a platter, and drizzle with more orange icing. YUM!
INGREDIENTS
* 1/4 cup butter, melted
* 2 (12.4-ounce) cans refrigerated orange rolls (with icing)
* 4 large eggs
* 1/2 cup heavy cream
* 1 tsp nutmeg
* 2 tsp vanilla extract
* 1 tsp orange zest
* ¼ cup maple syrup
* 1 cup chopped pecans (optional)
* Pre-made orange icing from the rolls
INSTRUCTIONS
* Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
* Melt the butter and spread it evenly across the bottom of a greased 9x13-inch casserole dish.
* Cut the orange rolls into bite-sized pieces and layer them evenly over the melted butter.
* In a large bowl, whisk togetherthe eggs, heavy cream, nutmeg, vanilla extract, maple syrup, and orange zest.
* Pour the egg mixture evenly over the orange roll pieces, coating them thoroughly. You may need to use your hands to make sure everything is well-coated.
* Sprinkle chopped pecans on top (if using, but I highly suggest!).
* Bake uncovered for approximately 45 minutes, checking for doneness. The casserole is ready when the top is golden, and the egg mixture is fully set in the center.
* Remove from the oven.
* Place the orange icing in a microwavable bowl and heat for 10-15 seconds and drizzle the orange icing over the top while the casserole is still warm.
* Serve out of the casserole dish or cool, slice lengthwise into two halves, and then slice like bread.

One of our favorite drink recipes of all time, courtesy of @amosevents Amos Gott! Recorded two years ago.
This was filmed in our old office, which had the BEST green wall with faux boxwood! Champagne or Prosecco plus a scoop of raspberry sorbet.
Merry merry!

🍁🍂Make this roasted Brussels sprout and butternut squash side for Thanksgiving, yes — but it’s so easy and delicious you’ll realize you can make this on even harried mid-week nights! Enjoy!
Ingredients:
* 12 oz Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
* 12 oz butternut squash, peeled and cubed
* 1 1/2 tbsp avocado oil
• 1/2 tbsp Lawry’s Seasoning Salt
• 1/2 tbsp black pepper
* 1/2 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
* 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
* 5 tbsp pre-made balsamic reduction (balsamic glaze)
* 1/4 cup pecans, toasted and roughly chopped
* 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
* Sprinkle finishing salt
Instructions
*Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.
*In a large bowl, toss the butternut squash and Brussels sprouts with oil, thyme, Lawry’s, pepper, and cinnamon. Spread the vegetables in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
*Roast in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
* After 20 minutes of roasting, remove the vegetables from the oven and drizzle 4 tbsp of balsamic reduction over them. Toss to coat the vegetables evenly in the reduction. Return the baking sheet to the oven and roast for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the vegetables are caramelized and tender.
* Transfer to a serving dish, sprinkle the toasted pecans and pomegranate seeds over the top. Drizzle the remaining tablespoon of balsamic reduction, and finish with flaky salt. Serve immediately.

Just in time for Thanksgiving, here’s a delicious and EASY appetizer. Young kids can even help out! Instructions below, and more commentary in the actual article with all the details on StyleBlueprint.com
INGREDIENTS
* 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
* 8 oz brie cheese, sliced thinly (rind removed if preferred)
* 2 medium apples, thinly sliced
* 2 medium plums, thinly sliced
* 2 tsbp olive oil
* 1 tsbp fresh thyme leaves
* 1/4 cup toasted pecans, roughly chopped
* 1/4 tsp flaky sea salt
* Drizzle of hot honey
INSTRUCTIONS
* Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
* Prepare Puff Pastry: Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface to smooth out any creases.
• Cut the pastry into rectangles, approximately 2.5 by 3 inches. Score the edges with a fork and prick the center. You could make this as one big pastry, or smaller like this, or any size in-between!
* Pre-Bake the Pastry: Bake the puff pastry on parchment paper placed on a baking sheet for about 5 minutes, or until it starts to turn lightly golden and crisp, but not fully baked.
* Add the Brie Layer: Remove the partially baked puff pastry from the oven and immediately layer brie slices in the center of each pastry.
* Arrange the Fruit: Toss the sliced apples and plums with olive oil in a mixing bowl. Arrange the fruit slices - about three slices per party, on top of the brie.
* Add Thyme: Sprinkle the thyme leaves and chopped pecans over the arranged fruit.
* Final Baking: Return the tart to the oven and bake for another 15-20 minutes, or until the puff pastry is golden brown and crisp, and the fruit is tender.
* Finishing Touches: Once out of the oven, sprinkle the tart with flaky sea salt for a savory finish and drizzle with a small amount of hot honey.
* Serve: Let the tart cool slightly before serving. This tart is delicious served warm or at room temperature, making it perfect for gatherings.

💀👻 Halloween pizza! How about this for an easy mid-week meal?!
Pick up your favorite store-bought pizza (we chose the 5-cheese gluten-free pizza from Kroger).
Then, cut button mushrooms in half.
Use a chopstick to punch in eyes and a mouth to create your “skeletons”.
Place mushrooms on top of the pizza and add some green onions.
Cook according to package instructions. (Cook for at least 12 minutes to make sure the mushrooms are cooked through.)
Remove and sprinkle some crushed red pepper across the top.
Voila! Your spooky pizza is ready.
Enjoy!
