Andrew and Cameron are proving that even a few days apart is too long — Anthem Edition is basically one big family, so time off means missing your friends just as much as you enjoy the break!

Hope everyone is soaking up some sunshine, fireworks, family time, and maybe even a little sweet tea this holiday week. We’ll be back together soon — and we can’t wait to see you at our next concert!

This is an awesome story. A man came up to me last night in Pennsylvania and handed me this 12-year sobriety chip. He said it belonged to his Dad who gave it to him on his 12 years. I celebrated my 12 years about a month ago and he wanted me to have it. I told him I had mine in my car at home, but I was going to keep this one on the bus with me. I can’t even tell you the man’s name and “thank you” doesn’t seem like enough, but this small act of kindness reminded me of why I do what I do. Thank you.

Today, the NQC family lost a very special person, Ruth Frew. Ruth coordinated our team of volunteers since moving to Pigeon Forge, and she was an absolute marvel. She had legendary organizational skills, a photographic memory, and a nearly savant ability for recall. At the drop of a hat, she could give me a fairly complete biographical sketch of every volunteer who had ever helped us. I know she could do this not just because of her ability but because she cared for all of them. They all knew that and loved her for it.

We all loved Ruth, and we are eager to see her again on the other side.
