If you don’t feel whole or a sense of purpose, why would you want to go out of your way to take action? WTF should you care?🤔

The media doesn’t always have an encouraging message…it can instill fear, making us feel helpless on top of having our own life issues to worry about.

Being only concerned with myself, I looked the other way… it wasn’t until I healed my mind, body and soul that I could release the past and see that I was an INTEGRAL part of moving the needle forward.

I went to college to study journalism. I thought, I love to do the morning news for my classmates and I want to change the world for the better…so this could perfect!

Yet after being in the industry a few years, I realized my job was making me depressed and I still felt my heart was welded to music. To performing. To connection. So on a complete whim, I moved to Nashville 🤷‍♀️

Ironically it wasn’t until I moved to Tennessee that I realized how vital loving and healing YOURSELF was to creating positive change.

Once I experienced my own transformation, helping others heal became my passion and I soon saw more people willing to be involved in the community and doing things for others.

This podcast has shown me that each of our unique backgrounds is the bond that UNITES us. Each one of our contributions vibrates to the rest of the 🌎 creating the most beautiful impact.

No matter what you have been through, you are worthy of love. You are special and important. You are necessary to this movement. ✊🏼

I hope this podcast pushes you to do something for yourself, and then for another living being, and eventually for the community in which you live because you WANT to. Because you feel confident. Because you feel like you CAN make a difference. ✨
