Hello neighbors! Unfortunately last night there was a burglary at a house on Pinewoods Circle. A bike was stolen from their front porch. Please check out this video and see if you recognize this individual or have seen him before wandering around. The police have been notified but just be aware this is happening in our neighborhood.

hi all! alert! three cars have been broken into this week! lock your cars!!! pretty sure its kids but we need to stop this from happening in our beautiful neighborhood!

Hi all! Pinewoods annual rummage sale will be November 3 (Saturday) please spread the word with your neighbors. Each home owner does their own and of course it’s optional. Homes up front please find a way to have cars not block entrance as one year we had a very irate neighbor who had a difficult time getting out! I will get the permit for all! Someone needs to run a add and collect some cash for it! Let me know who would like to volunteer for that. It’s usually a Friday, Saturday add. Pinewoods Community garage sale (nov 3). There are a few homes in Pinewoods that need some TLC! We all benefit from home owners that put some effort in caring for their home. It affects our investment. No Home needs to be perfect but some effort is greatly appreciated by all of us who own property in Pinewoods. Lately I’ve been getting comments about some homes looking poorly groomed. I hate hearing that from out siders. These are my opinions my thoughts. I started this page because I love this neighborhood and I’m a very social person. Unit five board of directors is sending a letter out regarding the signs and mail boxes. They are a pro active board wanting Pinewoods to shine. We have never been a cookie cutter neighborhood but cleaning up the streets with matching mail boxes and street signs in our boards opinion only enhances and gives a more upscale look. This has always been an option but since most of the neighborhood agrees it’s appreciated but an option, we know that.

If you are experiencing difficulty for upkeep of your home or yard I’m sure there are neighbors that would be willing to help physically. Anyone can call me at 239 641 1452. I’m a concerned neighbor reaching out and communicating my thoughts . Mindy Johnson

2017 hen party Mindy’s Home! It was fun and a shame more neighbors don’t accept the invite! Those that did and usually do know the meaning of being neighborly! It’s always fun, if you haven’t come to one, there’s always next year!

I'm looking for temporary work if anyone needs anything. Caregiving for elderly is my expertise but can do anything ( no dig ditching) the adult day care place I have been at for 26 years is still working on getting re licensed but I need to do something till that gets on board could be months yet 239 641 1452 mindy

A few of us residents were thinking how much prettier the streets in pinewoods would be if there were more oak trees 🌲 planted in front of our homes like the front entrance! If you like the idea, plant one! If I can find a drawing that was done years ago I'll post it!
