Joe DJ'd our wedding reception on June 14th. In the days leading up the our event, he was thorough in preparing and making sure the music we wanted was selected. He has an incredible selection of songs from all genres - it was so helpful! At the reception, he did a great job selecting background music during the meal and mingling time. Several of our guests commented on how great the music was. Joe did a great job reading the crowd, being prepared and creating a fun atmosphere for our reception. A real pleasure to work with. Great email communication. He also let me know that my initial song list probably wouldn't work for my wedding-appreciated that honest feedback fully! He sent me a list of his music library, along with spreadsheets of top dance songs. I was able to revise with ease! Loved the fact that my relatives were able to also request some songs. He really does play to the crowd! I was very happy with this service and would use him again! My only regret was not being able to actually talk to him in person. Joe Geremia is the DJ to hire. He plays to the crowd. He knows what they want. He has such a big variety of music and he takes requests! Likely he'll have what you ask for. The volume is perfect; not too loud or too soft. The sound system is awesome and the prices are right for sure. He's fun and doesn't just play the music. He also has the voice that a DJ needs. At times, I've been to parties where the DJ merely plays music, then leaves. Joe knows when to speak and what to say. He's perfect for any type of a party. We hired A-1 Pro Entertainment for a 60th birthday party. Joe worked with us to make sure all the music we wanted was included. He came out early to set up which made it much easier for us. We hired Joe for our wedding reception, and we couldn't have asked for a better DJ. We told him what 'type' of music we wanted for our party, and he knocked it out of the park. He not only played every song on our wishlist (without us even having to ask), but he also played songs that we didn't even think of, which ended up being some of our party's favorites! Joe showed up early and had all of his equipment set up fast. The sound quality was great, and he even provided a wireless microphone for our friends and family to pass around. Joe was highly professional, and helped our party run smoothly. From the best man speech, to the 'first dance' and cutting of the cake, he helped facilitate everything.
