At that time, Jewish books were hard to come by, and the ones he obtained were eagerly purchased by customers thirsting for Torah literature. ed to become Philipp Feldheim Inc., publishers of "Torah Literature of Quality." The new company took an innovative turn as well. Feldheim sought to produce English translations of Hebrew texts, making them accessible to an English-speaking public. Alongside this important work, he also published high-quality texts of Jewish law, Jewish thought and philosophy; also books for young readers and novels for adults. Since those early years, the Feldheim logo - a sturdy flame - has found its way into the hearts and homes of Jewish families the world over.
