So what are you to do to make extra income? As a mom we would go directly to Network Marketing or a craft type business.

This is a great time saver when you have limited time at the computer to make content.
Here’s what you do:
• open a IG square blank template
• go to design and start scrolling through all the templates, adding the ones you like for your content that month.
• now that you have 10-12 designs go through and add your brand colors to them to see if they work.
If they don’t work delete those and finish editing the others.
✨ now you have a treasure cove of content to post on those days that you don’t feel creative.
💡 remember to magic switch them to IG portrait if you need to!

Stop wasting valuable production time with this really cool canvas tip. If you’ve been in before you’ve seen many different types of handles and websites.
This cool tip will save you so much time when you are duplicating multiple pages.
• First start out in your new project
• Highlight and copy the website or handle that you would like to replace with yours .
• Go up to file on the desktop or the three horizontal dots at the top of the app. And scroll to the bottom and click find and replace.
• Now paste what you copied from your project you were editing, and then type in what you’d like it replaced with.
• Finally press replaced all especially if you have multiple pages in your project.

Canva released a new feature last year that helps you position elements where you want. It’s called the layer tool.
• All you have to do it click on POSITION on the top toolbar and then you can toggle between alignment and layers.
• we are working in layers today so you can grab what you need to edit.
This trick will save you so much frustration time. And you can even use this feature in the app!

Here’s how you do it ⬇️
📲 Save this reel so you can come back to it and tag a business friend below that’s a Canva Beginner too.
Ever get frustrated when scheduling posts and your cover photo for your reel or post is off centered?
Well this simple trick will help you design within Instagrams set photo settings. So you can keep you feed looking sharp!
Here’s the steps:
1️⃣ Open up the the template you are editing and add a square element (don’t worry about color you’re going to delete it)
2️⃣ Click position and alignment, set the size of your square to 1080x1080.
3️⃣ No in position move all your elements to the front of your square and start editing with your brand set. ie colors, fonts, elements
4️⃣ Once all done setting everything in your square, delete it and save your cover or post.

Here’s the thing!
Canva is a great place to start for a simple design & it will work well for a personal brand.
I even teach you how to create a logo and brand kit in Canva but it is limited.
This is why I always push personal branding more. Not saying you can’t create a business logo in Canva but you may want to know some things first.
Reason you may want to trademark…
✨ Business owners that have a distinctive business name, motto, logo, slogan, symbol to represent their product, service or business.
✨ Trademark is different that copywriting but falls under the same intellectual property laws.
✨ Trademark goes case based so you may not get approved. So just make sure you have good T&Cs to cover your butt!
Here are my tips if you’re creating logos in Canva (I even put this in my guide)
1. When looking through the logo templates to edit, scroll all the way to the bottom and really filter through. Why? Because Canva will post their popular templates at the top. This also means more people are using those. Be different!
2. Watch how many elements you use. If you can draw them yourself do it!
3. Only use Canvas logo templates as a guide to draw inspiration. Make yours as unique as possible so you are setting yourself apart.
✨I can spot a Canva logo a mile away if they don’t follow my simple steps. If done properly you won’t be able to tell!

Beginning of this year I was in 5 different shops and had 10 pop-ups planned.
Isn’t it funny that you trade the 9-5 but you work 24hrs when you own a business 🤷🏼♀️.
I don’t miss the long hours in what I called the sweat shop.
