With the articles coming out making mine and Jaxons wrongful separation public, I thought it would be the perfect time to circulate the petition I wrote.

Family comes in many forms and having a pet kept from you is like having a child taken away as Jaxon is not just a pet, he is my son.

I will NOT stop the fight for Jaxon's return and for stricter punishments for those who would take someone's child, be it human or animal.

My first birthday without you, Jaxon,
was a reminder of the unwavering love
and determination that burns within
me, as your mother. On my twenty-seventh birthday, I realized that true celebration lies in a beautiful simplicity, the joy of being a family.

My heart longs for the day, my fur baby, Jaxon, will be back in my arms, making our family whole again. That will be the day I truly celebrate.

Losing a pet is like having a child taken away and Jaxon is not just a pet, he is my son.

Which brings me to another realization I had on my birthday - that family comes in many forms. The support of over FOURTEEN HUNDRED people joining in the fight for my boy back has made this dog mom feel like she has a family that is made up of over 1000 people fighting for her son 💙

I will fight for Justice For Jaxon return and for stricter punishments for those who would take someone's child, be it human or animal.

Determination and love are all a dog momma need. I miss you so much, bubba. I will keep my promise to you. I will Never give up on you. I wish I had a a way to tell you that, but I know one day you'll understand everything that you need to just like you always have. Wherever you are right now I pray you know I'm fighting for our family, just like I know you'd fight for me. I love you furever! 🥺🐾💙

As it's almost my birthday, I'm filled with mixed emotions as this is the first one without my fur baby. When Jaxon was taken it seemed like all the odds were stacked against me and I didn't know how I'd overcome the distance, the sadness, the voice of those telling me it was hopeless or the cost of legal representation. I wasn't sure how yet, but I promised myself I'd find a way to overcome those odds. Through hard work, determination, Gods grace and the support of many kind people the goal of reuniting my family is within reach.
I miss you, my son, but celebrating this day without you only strengthens my resolve to keep that promise. I look forward to the day we'll celebrate like the family we are, with love, joy and gratitude.

What's on your mind?
Jaxon is. Every day. Every single time I think of him, my heart sinks like I just heard he was taken again for the first time. I hope you know how much I miss you, sweet boy. Each day I'm reminded how many moments are being stolen from us. I'm reminded how many memories we should be making, but haven't been since the day you were taken. Those stolen moments and missed memories are the reason ill never stop fighting for you and I'll never give up on you. I can't wait to be going on adventures with my best friend again. I love you, forever, son.
