Hi. This photo of a daffodil is by Shoals Cinnamon Rolls . It caught my attention for a couple reasons.

-The daffodil is part of the Shoals Bliss logo. It was Katie Holm 's idea to have the daffodil in our brand. It symbolizes new beginnings and creativity 🥰🥰🥰

-Shoals Cinnamon Rolls makes the absolutely best cinnamon rolls ❤️❤️❤️

"I only got 8 likes on my last instagram post"
"I only got (1) comment on my latest Facebook Post"
"I only have 12 email subscribers"

If only I could have more....

Wanna know a secret: When you show up to serve the people paying attention, they pay.

Don't worry about the number of followers or likes. Focus on showing up and serving the audience that you already have.
I remember when my mom took me to a concert. We didn't care how many people were in the audience or how many tickets were sold. All we cared about was having a great experience. There was maybe 50 people there.
The performer on stage acted like she was performing to 60,000 people. And it showed. And you know what? I've been to several different concerts of hers now... it was Taylor Swift. Yep. I saw her in Nashville before anyone knew her name. Her last concert in Nashville sold out 69,143 tickets at the Nissan Stadium.

So remember-- show up, serve, repeat. Don't worry about the numbers. Keep doing your thing and the audience will come.

Once you decide on a brand palette, you can incorporate these colors into your logo, website, social media graphics, email marketing and more. It makes everything easier (and cohesive!)

How do I find my brand palette?
-First ask yourself this question: What defines my brand?
Is it:
Fun
Moody
Dark
Exciting
Take a moment to think about these.

How do I find colors to match?
Look on Pinterest! Pinterest is a great way to find different color palettes. Type in: "red color palette" in the search bar and see what pulls up. Experiment!

So.. you might just be starting your biz and you don't have the funds for a social media manager and your time might be limited-- that is A-OK!
Look, we get it. So, we've come up with a proven system to only spend (5) hours a month on your biz socials... yep, that's all!

1.) Schedule a Photoshoot every 3 months. Find a local photographer in your area (student photographers at universities are a great resource) and take tons of photos in different outfits and settings. This will give you plenty of great content to post each month.
2.) Spend (2) Hours creating a social media calendar. Carve out (2) hours a month on either a Sat or Sunday, pour a cup of coffee or mix up a fav cocktail and get it done!
3.) Find Hashtags using Instagram. Search the most relevant hashtags related to your post using the magnifying glass on the Insta App. 8-10 hashtags per post is a great start.
4.) Schedule Content on Hootsuite. It's simple to use and it automatically pushes content out for you on all social platforms.
5.) Spend 10-20 min. engaging on social daily. This could be commenting on your customer's posts, sending a DM or responding to comments.

And BOOM-- your socials are ready for the month so you can focus on moving your business forward. ✨
