Keep Our Pets Food Bank
Keep Our Pets Food Bank started on January 1, 2012. My wife, Linda Donahue volunteered at a local animal rescue shelter and she realized many pet owners were having to give up their beloved pets because they couldn’t afford Vet bills and also struggled to pay for the food needed for their dogs and cats.
We obtained our registered tax empty volunteer only 501C3 (45-4480781) We were able to secure loyal volunteers who continue to help our 400 plus pet families every month. Sadly, shortly after opening the food bank Linda passed away from cancer. The Food Bank was Linda’s passion as her husband, I am determined to keep it available to our community with my support and the support of the community.
Keep Our Pets Food Bank needs volunteers and donors to help us continue Linda Donahue’s legacy. We are open each Sunday so our customers can come get their supplemental Cat and Dog Food. We require proof of income and residency when you enroll in our program.
