I have a project and opportunity for a handful of multi talented and skilled people to, "break ground," on a new, week long camping, Freedom Festival, (similar to Burningman but not affiliated with it.)

ALL commercial activity is forbidden and is replaced by the adoption of an extensive barter economy and the practice of "gifting."

Gifting is the act of giving without expecting anything in return.
Examples of Gifting: anything handmade or creative, stickers, food, coffee, snacks, necklaces, bracelets, etc.

Each person is responsible for themselves and anything you bring with you, MUST return with you when you leave!

Live music and performance art will be featured and all information is now available on the website and mobile app!

Civic responsibility and communal effort are of special importance!

Volunteers and a limited number of paid employees contribute to the creation of the physical community, including telecommunications infrastructure, fire management, waste control and the immense clean up efforts that follow.

Total cleanup, a requirement of the Bureau of Land Management, can take as long as a month.

I LOVE to write and haven't done so in a long time! Here is the beginning of a scary story I began today! Thoughts and opinions are encouraged!

*THE CAVE OF NIGHTMARES*

She felt as though, she lived her life in perpetual darkness.
Why did she come to the dank and dreary town?
The moment she passed the "welcome sign," there was a indistinguishable sense of dread. The sign was covered so heavily in greenery, that you could only see the last for letters, "COME", as though beconing any one brave enough to enter.

For two weeks she had been here and yet it felt like an eternity.

Not once, had there been sun. Just thunder, lighting and rain. She loved the rain, but this was a terrifying mockery of nature. Each thunderous crash, caused her to shake to her very core... But she had to know why she dreamt of this town that time had forgotten.

She had left her beloved bungalow in Florida to make the almost impossible journey to the tiny, frightening town that only held a handful of residents.
Sarah could find no traces of it on any map but somehow new the way. Causing the questions about her frightening dreams, to grow stronger, until her curiosity drove her crazy.
Two weeks and she had only talked to the sheriff that had pulled her over as soon as she entered the town limits.
He was probably in his forties by the way he talked but looked like he could have been a hundred.
He only asked one question, "why are you here?" Sarah told him about her dreams and laughed awkwardly. It sounded silly out loud. He simply nodded, handed over her license and got back in his rusted and dilappitating police car. Then sped off..

The scraggly, skinny and frail looking old man, who ran the local market, had a permanent scowl and would not speak a word. Even if she asked a direct question, his demeanor wouldn't change. She could feel his hateful eyes on her the entire time she shopped for essentials.
She saw a woman and her child in the decaying shop; Everything in this pitiful place was covered in moss and seemed to be rotting.
They saw her and left without grabbing or paying for the items she had collected in a basket. Her eyes were kept low and her head was bowed. Like she
