Today was an exceptionally busy day. MTSU Event Productions also produced parts of the 60th Anniversary of the Contest of Champions held today at Floyd Stadium on the beautiful campus of Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU). The best marching bands in the country put on an incredible show. We also managed the video boards and got to let the participants and guests know more about the Guaranteed Admissions program.

The MTSU Event Productions team had some fun at the Ryman Auditorium Sidewalk Sessions last night recording Sophia Scott for broadcast soon on MTSU True Blue TV. Today MTSU Event Productions covered the announcement of the new MTSU Aerospace Campus to be built at the Shelbyville, Tennessee Shelbyville Municipal Airport. Governor Bill Lee and many other dignitaries spoke about this new and innovative project with both local and national implications and benefits. This is more than just another great program at Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) -- it will benefit Southwest Airlines, Delta Air Lines, Bedford County, Tennessee, and all our other partners.

At MTSU Event Productions we are always proud of our team and celebrate their successes throughout their careers. Robert Mogensen has had a dramatic impact on an entire generation of student workers through teaching, providing valuable real-world experience, instilling confidence, and helping them become leaders in the production industry. We are proud of our students but equally proud of Robert for all of the good he has done for Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) and the students who comprise our production team.

First football game of the season and the MTSU Event Productions team is hard at work. At the start of the second quarter Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) is up 21 to nothing against Murray State.

MTSU Event Productions is now hiring students for all our positions. We're looking for fun, creative, and talented students to work on our crews -- lighting, video, audio, production, and editing. Live events, concerts, athletic events, academic events, single-cam operations, and much more. Experience is great but we will teach you everything you need to know.
