New machine is coming together great ! Jpcncrepair sold the first hmc from enshu in Wisconsin!!!
Brand new enshu GE580H with the px6 pallet pool sold by jpcncrepair! This machine will fit the customers needs loaded with the renishaw probe and bk mikro. We also added the expanded magazine!

Here is a fun one jpcncrepair had the joy of removing a spindle out of a 6 month old enshu GE 480H we know why the spindle cooling oil was leaking now !!! Installed a brand new spindle from the manufacturer and moved the machine to a different spot in the customers facility for a lighter work load !!!

Well that is it fit this Saturday!! Spindle install m19 set tool changer tested all in 3 hrs start to finish !

We repair machines also relocate machines 100% our selfs we don’t call the riggers we rig your machine or machines out and load/unload ! knowing machines from the ground up how to handle them with caution and care ! Here is a example of a mazak HMC 12800II 138,000 lb (total weight ) machine we did from removal to reinstalling. We have great trucking capabilities to make things happen ! Actions not just words saying we can WE DO !!!!
