The 📷rig wasn't quite set up for this type of event, but I enjoyed shooting nonetheless, but mostly I was in awe of the fact that these are KIDS out here wrangling!!!???

Throwing it back to this sweet senior session this morning...
I love when it just happens.... the moment that golden glow hits.
This was nature, not filters, not presets and manipulation... just a moment that felt sort of magical.

I hear a lot from parents of seniors, who have lost track of time and are realizing that graduation is just a few short months away.
Don't worry! You haven't missed the boat!

While your school will have specific deadlines on submissions of images for the yearbook, there is no one size fits all to YOUR timeline for your senior.

I work with seniors all year.

Some families like to do that on purpose, with seasonal shoots.

Some families just can't get to it until it's a week away from graduation. (✋Hi. It's me. I'm some families. -When my son was a senior, he put me off on getting any photos until I said "Enough! You can give me an hour to do some senior pictures!" -a week before he graduated! LOL!)

So, around here.... the rules are, there are no rules!
And, from one parent to another, it doesn't get easier to pin grown kids down for photos -so get them while you can. 😜
