The lawsuit by NetChoice filed in federal court in Fayetteville, Arkansas, comes months after a federal judge struck down a state law requiring parental consent before minors can create new social media accounts. The new laws were signed by Republican Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders earlier this year.

A Baxter County S*x Offender, Phillip Wade Reeves, 57, of rural Mountain Home was arrested Tuesday for failing to comply with s*x offender registration and reporting requirements, according to a Baxter County Sheriff's Office (BCSO) press release.

This upgrade will enable real-time updates when a missing person is reported to the NCIC by a local law enforcement agency. At that point, the system automatically captures the entry and posts it online, including any live updates or changes to that entry, such as revised information.

For some who may not know, Arkansas has a webpage that serves as a public, searchable database for all missing persons in the state, and it has just been announced that the site received a significant upgrade.

Flippin Middle School seventh-grader Braelyn Springfield was honored for her graphite drawing, "Solo Drill," in the juried Young Arkansas Artist Exhibition in Little Rock. She is shown with her artwork, which was judged as the top three seventh-grade artworks in the competition.

“The thinking behind splitting the catch-all billboard ordinance is that when people have billboard questions, they don’t want to go through a lot of paperwork addressing smaller signs, and when people have questions about yard signs they don’t want to read through page after page addressing commercial billboards,” Liles explained.

Changes are possibly coming to the city’s current billboard and yard-sign ordinance.
