• 2 Runners from 9:00am-11:30pm (these folks would be included in the meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner – SUV or Van preferred, if possible!)
• 8 Ticket Takers/Scanners from 4:30pm-8:30pm (these folks would receive tickets to the show as a thank you for volunteering)

Reminding everyone that as the end of the year comes, to get your tax deductible donations in by December 31. First of the year is our most expensive month for operations. Our licensing comes due along with higher utilities in the cold months. We are needing to replace our backup transmitter as we had to install the other one in service at West Plains.
